About

I design and build the systems that teach people.

I design and build learning systems, and I have spent a career proving they work. I hold a Master of Education in curriculum design and the Navy's Master Training Specialist qualification, a boarded, master-level standard in the full instructional-design lifecycle: analyze the real need, design to it, build it, test it, and evaluate whether it actually changed performance. One is the theory. The other is proof I did it under evaluation, at scale.

I built and ran Navy training across a 1987 to 2026 span of service, twenty years in uniform and nineteen as a Department of the Navy civilian. That is not just time at a podium. It is analysis, courseware, assessments, and instructor standards, all held to a system the Navy audits. Today I pair that foundation with fluency in AI production tools, so I design and ship high-quality learning faster than a traditional pipeline.

I also founded Rhynowerks LLC, where I turn subject-matter expertise into structured courses.
